Outdoor Pop-up

Welcome to XO STUDIO, where we offer a fantastic outdoor space for artists and small businesses to showcase their work and sell products. This is a one-day popup event where you can present your work in a high traffic location.

We charge $10 for an outdoor table and provide an 8' space for you to showcase your products. You can take up more room as long as the day is not booked. Please note that this opportunity is for outdoor display only, and you are not leasing or subleasing the space. We encourage artists to do their art, and select food vendors may attend on a commission-only basis.

To participate, all vendors and products must be preapproved. We have a few terms and conditions that we ask all vendors to follow:

• Maintain your space
• Bring as many products as will fit at your table
• Pricing is subject to change or increase, but you may book out dates in advance.
• No refunds
• You are responsible for insurance and your products. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
• No food trucks
• No copyrighted goods or inspired by famous modern labels
• No guns
• No banners or popup signs unless they are designed and printed by the XO STUDIO team.

To participate, you need to sign a vendor sign-up form, but by attending, you agree to all terms and conditions of the event and venue. We look forward to seeing you and your work at XO STUDIO!
